About me and my offers

I offer sessions in English and in German, for individuals, couples, families, businesses/institutions and small groups who want to connect more deeply with life, themselves and those they meet by being more present and conscious in the choices they make, personally and professionally.

I support people in connecting with and trusting their inner wisdom and aligning with it the action they take on a daily basis, and allowing life to unfold effortlessly according to the life's innate intelligence to have things fall into place with ease.

I am currently based in Switzerland, near Lake Constance.
Sessions take place in person or via phone, or online via Skype or some other audio or video platform.

My background

I was born in Germany near the Swiss border and spent several years in England (UK) before coming to Zurich (Switzerland) in 2011, where I founded the company EmergingLotus.

I like to attend a variety of events and courses that allow me to gain new experiences and expand my knowledge and skill set on an regular basis. Over the last 15 years+ I have gained professional training and experience in a wide range of topics, including the following:

Bachelor and Masters degree in Psychology (University of Kent, Canterbury, UK)
Main focus Social and Criminal Psychology, and Research Methods in Psychology
Dance Movement Psychotherapy (one year full-time training, Roehampton University, London, UK)
Life and business coaching (various courses in person and online)
Holistic health and wellbeing & Body-Mind-Soul connection
Meditation and Mindfulness
Transparent communication
Conflict resolution and prevention
Building and running a heart centred business (locally/offline or online)
